Our services are mutually agreed by you, the client, and The Nurture Mama. The date and time of the services are also mutually agreed by you, the client, and The Nurture Mama.

The Nurture Mama reserves the right to cancel the services, if necessary, but endeavours to meet all services that are mutually agreed by you, the client, and The Nurture Mama.


The Nurture Mama Services:
- Antenatal Service
- Postnatal Service
- Combined (Antenatal and Postnatal) Service
- Complete Midwifery Service

Please note that services may be affected by public or Bank holidays.

It is your responsibility, as the client, to inform The Nurture Mama of any health-related conditions before you use our services. If you have any physical or mental health conditions, please inform The Nurture Mama before you use our services and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible. Your medical history or health conditions that you share with The Nurture Mama will be handled confidentially and with the upmost care. We can not be held responsible for any person’s injury or health from a pre-existing health condition, so please let us know your medical history before you use our services. So please take great care before you use our services as your health, physical or mental, is very important to us.

Terms and Conditions relates to www.thenurturemama.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms and Conditions") govern your (“the User” or "the Client") use of the The Nurture Mama ("Provider") website located at the domain name www.thenurturemama.co.uk ("the Website”).

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. At this time, we do not accept clients from outside of the United Kingdom.

A Contract between the client and The Nurture Mama for our services will only exist once the client has been purchased and has been accepted by The Nurture Mama, at which point the client’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the services or a deposit, whichever is relevant to the services. This does not affect the client's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of services is subject to change without notice.

Due to the high level of service, a part refund may be made available under our discretion, for client’s that have used a small percentage of our services. However, The Nurture Mama reserves the right to reject cancellation requests if the client has used a larger part of the service. If you are yet to use our services, but have paid in paid in full or paid a deposit, you, the client, are entitled to a full refund. If you would like to discuss a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@thenurturemama.co.uk quoting your Name, Order Reference Number and the date of your order. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.

If for any reason you are not happy with your The Nurture Mama’s services, we will offer you goodwill alternations on our services until you are satisfied with the services - i.e. further support for the service you purchased with us. However, if you are not happy with our services, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately at contact@thenurturemama.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our services are correct at the time of going to press.
